Sustainability Initiatives

The JVTA group aims to give back to society by pursuing the craft of subtitling, dubbing, closed captioning and audio description. In doing so, we strive towards a society in which anyone can enjoy and learn from visual media content, despite language barriers, vision or hearing difficulties.

We have also taught subtitle translation at Ghent University, Tokyo University of Foreign Studies, Meisei University, and Aoyama Gakuin University. Through visual media translation, we support the education of global-minded students.
